My 3 best tools for stress & anxiety

RE: stress, anxiety & [unhealthy] addiction

Here’s a valuable question I get asked every time I do a speaking gig or guest appear on a podcast–

QUESTION:
What tools have you found useful to reduce stress, anxiety and/or unhealthy addictions in your life?

ANSWER: Transforming my perception.

young woman/old woman

The saying goes: “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”

**Multiple tools work in concert to make that happen.

A few of the most immediately impactful ones–

1. writing (honest, no filter, expression and reflection)

2. producing a sweat creates tremendous positive clarity (exercise, work in the yard)

3. discovering & undoing old stories/limiting beliefs in the mind; forming new ones and reinforcing them with simple-to-do practical actions

These and a handful of other things have taken me from drugs and scared to leave the house to delivering keynotes and coaching others with life-impacting results.

I’ve used these tools to transform the energy in our home. Even my wife, Nikki, says she doesn’t “walk on egg shells any more” around me.

What would that be worth to you?

You deserve to gain some inner peace and confident calmness.

I invite you here and now to accept that possibility and try out my personal techniques or let them inspire your own!

Walk & Heal,
Adam

About the Author

Adam Kasix receives insights that fuse the supernatural and the super practical. This happens on a multi-weekly basis. He writes most of them down. He publishes some of them here.

Adam believes in the family home, in its various forms. As part of his mission to take back the home, he helps Guy become a man, by confronting his beast so life can open up for him … And sleep can be awesome again.

Adam hosts the Instigator Freed’em! Podcast. He’s really into his two-time wife, Nikki (and her hips). After 22 years raising kids, he’s still obsessed with being a better dad. And Jesus is ruling more of his heart than ever before.

“… I have promises to keep, And miles to go before I sleep …”

Thanks for reading. More than anything, my prayer is that you do something with what you pick up here.
